What will you enjoy doing
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Front desk administrative assistant will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.

What you need to succeed (Skills)
  • Answers incoming phone calls in a prompt, professional manner
  • Greets customers and directs them to the appropriate person
  • Performs clerical duties for the office
  • Routes inter-departmental mail
  • Orders office supplies on-line for administrative team at all dealership locations.
  • Order toner supplies for all dealership locations.
  • Orders coffee supplies routinely for the Elmhurst, IL dealership.
  • Stocks coffee supplies daily for the Elmhurst, IL dealership.
  • Assists Parts & Service departments with invoice inquiries and credit charges.
  • Assists various department with project and duties as assigned.

Education and/or required experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One to three years related experience and/or training.
