2nd Shift Manufacturing Apprentice

- Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour (Monday – Friday, 40 hours for the first 3-4 months)

- Status: Contract to Hire
As a PeopleShare Apprentice, you will start by completing PeopleShare University, where classroom and hands-on skills are taught by dedicated instructors and mentors. As your skills grow, so will your challenges, responsibilities, and compensation. Upon completing the program, you’ll be a skilled machine operator, contributing to our mission of providing high-quality products.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn the Ropes: Gain hands-on experience with a variety of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Support the Team: Assist experienced professionals with machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Keep It Safe: Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

- High School Graduate: You have your diploma or equivalent.
- Shift Flexibility: Start on the first shift for training, then transition to the second shift.
- English Proficiency: Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Reliable and Punctual: Consistent attendance is key.
