This position will start as a full-time Front Office Coordinator for training purposes. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude with a passion for helping people. The right person will have a strong desire to grow the business, meet goals and thrive in a very fast-paced work environment. Pay will start at $16/hr. Job Duties
  • Establish and grow the Relationship with Existing Clients while supporting their current needs
  • Outbound calls to local businesses with the goal of establishing relationships and growing client count
  • Recruit, interview and place qualified candidates for a variety of job roles; onboard and train new employees. Manage employees and address issues as they arise.
  • Prioritize, manage and fill open positions with a positive attitude and sense of urgency
  • Helps develop and manages social media content and marketing programs. Creates and edits copy for various marketing efforts as well as analyzing metrics and results to determine the most efficient practices.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in previous Recruiting/Administrative/Office Management or other relevant fast paced roles is required. Previous account management experience will also be considered.
  • Previous marketing and inside sales experience is highly preferred
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and forward thinking
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude
  • Strong computer skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Determination to be successful in reaching and surpassing your goals and contributing to reaching the team goals
