Job Description:


Create a “wow” experience for every customer daily. The goal of this position is to provide an exceptional customer experience through elite customer service with professionalism and personalization. The person must be friendly, respectful and interactive with customers, doctors, nurses, case workers, insurance representatives and billing agents. They will represent the Dynamix brand and assist the clinic by helping promote the Dynamix brand at all times.

Accountability:

  • Engage with customer upon entering clinic with direct eye contact and conversation

  • Answer phone promptly and with a smile

  • Call to schedule new patients and re-visits to ensure prescribed frequency using cluster booking

  • Send request to insurance center for verification/authorization through G-drive Referral Status Spreadsheet

  • Check patient in WebPT on arrival and collect patient payment

  • Balance payment log with collections daily

  • Schedule out the entire POC with the patient on their first visit or when a new script is provided

  • Monitor auth board in G-Drive daily

  • Go into the reception area with new patient and explain all registration paperwork including patient liability

  • Scan all registration information, script, cc of insurance card and driver’s license in patients’ chart

  • Support patients with billing questions

  • Courtesy call IE patients the day prior to eval

  • Communicate with referrals to collect script, demographic and insurance information on patients

  • Work tasks daily

  • Send charts as requested to authorized recipients

  • Inform therapists of schedule changes throughout the day

  • Collect inventory of all supplies for the clinic weekly for ordering

  • Run Missed Notes Report at list 2 times a week and give to therapist

  • Review Delayed Claims Report every morning

  • Complete Daily Stat Grid to create weekly targets

  • Maintain the % Prescribed Tracking Spreadsheet

  • Complete Marketing Tracking Spreadsheet daily

  • Review and report to billing on monthly statement reviews

  • Maintain grid sheets daily

  • Monitor clinic for cleanliness and neatness continuously

  • Always maintain paperless goal and neat workspace

  • Always maintain HIPAA compliance

  • Attend and participate in Training Camps and company events
