Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Soliant. As a School Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to students with complex medical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to students with global developmental delay and cerebral palsy, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the student's healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in school-wide health initiatives and contribute to the development of health education programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with pediatric patients, particularly those with complex medical needs.
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
  • Commitment to upholding patient confidentiality and privacy standards.
