Our company is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to help our director with a variety of secretarial tasks. You will be in charge of making/keeping schedules, making travel arrangements, and handling basic event management. . You should have some experience with itinerary management, vendor management, and personal shopping. Our ideal candidate has an associates or Bachelors degree in business management, but we are willing to accept experience in lieu of education.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and Maintain schedules
- Make travel arrangements for business trips
- Run errands for the director
- Keep up with expenses and produce regular reports
- Respond to phone calls and emails for the director
- Prioritize emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings
- Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of all system/software
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
Requirements and Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in business management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with databases, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, and calendaring software
