Job Description:
As an Executive Administrative Specialist in General Affairs, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Board by efficiently organizing and preparing meetings and ensuring seamless execution of follow-up actions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Executive Administrative Specialist
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive leaders.
- Maintain and update executive calendars and schedules.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all executive communications.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, safeguarding the privacy and integrity of executive discussions.
- Assist in the coordination of events and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics for executive gatherings.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing executive interests and maintaining professional relationships.
Qualifications & Preferences: Executive Administrative Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience (including 1-3 years of project managing and people managing experience).
- Experience within the automotive industry preferred.
Competency Based: Executive Administrative Specialist
- Proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Required competencies: Active Listening & Speaking, Reading Comprehension, Writing, Social Perceptiveness, and Time Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
