Accounting CoordinatorResponsibilities, include but are not limited to:
- Digital sorting and filing of incoming documents for Operations and Construction Accounting Teams.
- Processing soft cost construction invoices.
- Processing corporate office invoices
- Preparation of allocation files across all Accounting Teams.
- Selection of invoices for weekly check runs.
- Track all liens received and document across all systems.
- Review monthly billings and allocations for processing.
- Manage UPS/postage systems and intercompany reimbursements.
- Coordinate billing handoffs between Construction and Operating Accounting Teams.
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree, a plus
- Microsoft Office experience is required.
- Organized and detail-oriented with an ability to work independently.
- Ability to work with a diverse set of management styles and personalities.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
