Responsibilities

Client Support: Provide expert assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.

Policy Management: Manage customer insurance policies, making updates as needed and ensuring accuracy.

Claims Processing: Assist customers with filing and processing insurance claims, guiding them through the process professionally.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for compliance and tracking purposes.

Customer Education: Educate clients on insurance products and services to help them make informed decisions about their coverage.


Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and processing transactions.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to effectively resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using basic software applications and customer service platforms to manage client interactions and data effectively.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Customer Focus: Demonstrate a genuine interest in meeting customer needs and exceeding their expectations to build lasting customer relationships.

Be capable of handling customer rejection.

Must be able to pass the required NYS background check including financial services background check.

Property & Casualty insurance license is required in order to start - paid training for the class is offered
