**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Account Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing leads, and marketing insurance products and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and marketing appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
  • Detail-oriented and able to make presentations to potential customers.
  • Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license and a Life and Health license.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
