- Identify and engage potential donors capable of making substantial contributions of $25,000 or more.
- Manage a portfolio of key donor prospects, regularly updating their profiles and engagement strategies.
- Craft and present tailored proposals that align donor interests with the organization’s needs.
- Work closely with leadership and the fundraising team to meet and exceed annual donation targets.
- Organize and host events that recognize and steward major donors, ensuring they feel valued and connected.
- Maintain meticulous records of donor interactions and track progress toward fundraising objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Communications, or Marketing.
- A minimum of three years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, or a related area.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of building lasting donor relationships.
- Proficient in using donor management systems and analytical tools to support fundraising efforts.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- A commitment to ethical practices and a genuine passion for the organization’s mission and goals.
