  • Identify and engage potential donors capable of making substantial contributions of $25,000 or more.
  • Manage a portfolio of key donor prospects, regularly updating their profiles and engagement strategies.
  • Craft and present tailored proposals that align donor interests with the organization’s needs.
  • Work closely with leadership and the fundraising team to meet and exceed annual donation targets.
  • Organize and host events that recognize and steward major donors, ensuring they feel valued and connected.

Qualifications:
