Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? North Country HealthCare is seeking a Full-Time Patient Relations Representative to join our team.

As a Patient Relations Representative, you will have the opportunity to be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service to our patients. You will be responsible for greeting patients, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Duties

  • Greet and check-in patients, verify patient information, insurance documents, referrals, and enter changes into patient records
  • Answer phones, make appointments and follow-up appointments, and take phone messages
  • Enter data into patient database
  • Provide back-up support for other office positions (e.g., insurance follow-ups, referrals, etc.)
  • Complete forms for clinic and patients on an as needed basis

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer software skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
