Role Overview:

As a Transaction Concierge with Superior Home Buyers, you will play a pivotal role in the home buying process. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate, a creative eye for capturing information, and a desire to set their own priorities. Your responsibilities will include property documentation, photography, and post-closing checks, making you an integral part of clients' journey toward their dream home.

Compensation:

$60,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Drive to properties in Irvine, CA and create detailed eye-guides by capturing essential details through photography.
  • Perform vacancy checks post property closings to ensure the seller has vacated the premises properly.
  • Secure properties in Irvine by ensuring all doors and windows are locked after conducting checks.
  • Maintain a spotless driving record while utilizing a company-provided car and gas card for work purposes.
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, always being friendly, patient, and empathetic towards clients.
  • Take charge of managing priorities independently, showing dedication and ownership towards assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a spotless driving record.
  • Should possess a friendly and approachable attitude along with outstanding customer service capabilities.
  • Must be able to work autonomously and effectively manage time.
  • Requires flexibility and adaptability in handling various tasks and duties.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial.
  • Previous experience in real estate or property management is advantageous but not mandatory (training will be provided).
