- Efficient Order Management: You will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders, whether received via telephone or electronically. Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
- Welcoming Walk-in Customers: With your outgoing and sales-oriented personality, you will greet walk-in customers with a warm and friendly demeanor. Your goal will be to assist them in placing their orders and provide them with any necessary guidance or recommendations.
- Exceptional Customer Support: When customers encounter issues or have specific requests, you will promptly and professionally address their concerns. This could involve handling logistics, managing inventory adjustments, and resolving any challenges that arise to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Warehouse Support: In addition to your counter sales responsibilities, you will also provide valuable assistance in the warehouse. This may include tasks such as pulling orders, loading and unloading trucks, and contributing to cycle count and inventory management.
- Adaptability and Learning: A willingness to learn and adapt is essential in this role. You will be trained to become well-versed in our product line offering, allowing you to confidently assist customers and provide valuable insights to meet their specific needs.
Additional Duties: As part of our dynamic team, you may occasionally be assigned other duties to support the overall operations and success of the company.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- An outgoing and sales-oriented personality will play a pivotal role in building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Strong PC skills are essential.
- Experience working well in a fast-paced and team-oriented atmosphere.
- Forklift experience is a plus, it is not required as training will be provided.
