Kattsafe Sales Representatives are the key player in driving our revenue growth. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, developing solid quotes, and providing tailored solutions. Sales Representatives must possess excellent communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of our products. Their goal is to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

At Kattsafe, we design and deliver world-leading height access and fall protection systems that offer maximum safety with minimum fuss. Because simpler systems are safter systems. Our customers trust us with a serious part of their business, we don’t take that for granted. We design the highest quality products in the industry and provide all the specifications needed for safe installation. We’re obsessed with making height safety and access systems as simple and safe as possible.

Job Requirements:
  • Create accurate & competitive quotes for customers based on their requirements & pricing guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales team members and relevant departments to gather necessary information for quote creation.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads received through various channels (phone, email, website, etc.).
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, qualify their requirements, & determine the appropriate solutions.
  • Provide product information, address inquiries, & overcome objections to generate interest & move leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls, emails, & virtual meetings to prospects within specified markets to generate opportunities.
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with existing contractors to understand project needs & requirements
  • Visiting/Walking project locations which will be at heights
  • Manage a monthly forecast/pipeline to meet quota targets
  • Successfully convert leads to qualified opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or a related field preferred
  • Sandler Sales Training a plus
  • Minimum 2-years similar work experience
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritize effectively
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented & comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Trained in the fundamentals of standard sales practices.
  • Some/minimal travel availability as needed.
