Sales Representative

Ferraro Foods is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within established geographic territories.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives assigned by the Sales Management Team.
- Supervise and manage established client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present sales status reports, including activity, follow-up, closings, and adherence to targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying and resolving their specific concerns.
- Communicate new service and product opportunities, feedback, and special developments to the proper company staff.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and sales contracts to clients.
- Establish and maintain new and established client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate shipping and delivery of company products and services.
- Participate in marketing events, such as trade shows, seminars, and telemarketing events.
- Manage account services through follow-up and quality checks.
- Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
- Coordinate with company staff to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Pleasant and exceeding personality.
- Ability to travel within established geographic territories 100% of the time.
- Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills.
- Able to meet fixed deadlines and manage under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to build and deliver presentations in person, via computer, and system applications.
- Knowledge of sales promotion and advertising techniques.
- Able to create, write, and edit composed manuals using various computer and app-based systems.
- Excellent computer application skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to persuade and convince others.
- BA or BS in marketing or related disciplines and/or five years of job-related experience.
- Must be skilled in sales techniques.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer experience, preferably with all Microsoft applications.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Position will require frequent walking, standing, lifting, and bending.
- Must maintain a valid Driver's License.
- Must maintain valid auto insurance coverage.
