We are the leading provider of unarmed and armed security solutions; we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch, reliable services to a wide range of clients. Our commitment to operational excellence, stringent standards, and meticulous attention to detail is what sets us apart from the competition. Join us at Extrity Services, where security is a collaborative effort that values emotional intelligence, embraces de-escalation techniques, and celebrates the unique culture of each client. Job Description:

As the Regional Manager at Extrity Services, you play a vital role in overseeing the operations and management of multiple client sites within the region. Your contribution will be pivotal in enhancing team performance, ensuring service excellence, and upholding Extrity Services' commitment to security and professionalism. This is a hybrid position; you will be required to be onsite, as well as able to work remotely depending on site needs. A Tennessee Armed License is required (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of starting in the position).

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate and manage daily schedules to ensure all employees arrive on time for their shifts, with particular attention to overnight shifts.
  • Communicate schedules to employees through phone calls and text messages daily or coordinate the field supervisor to do so.
  • Handle scheduling challenges, including accommodating employee requests for schedule changes based on personal circumstances or college commitments.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the regional team, fostering strong relationships with clients and Extrity employees.
  • Collaborate with the Operations department to distribute the finalized schedule to clients.
  • Step in to cover shifts and provide on-site support as necessary to ensure seamless operations within your team(s).
  • Engage in ongoing recruiting efforts to hire reliable and committed security professionals.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing employees, including sending emails to assess availability and interest in additional shifts.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with clients at the assigned sites.
  • Handle client inquiries, promptly address concerns, and ensure smooth operations at the assigned sites.
  • Cover shifts and/or stand on post as needed among your team(s).
  • Utilize software tools such as TrackTik, Slack, Google Suite, and Rippling (HRIS) to facilitate scheduling and communication with employees.
  • Complete and monitor the comprehensive onboarding process with new hires, including conducting interviews and evaluating candidates in person.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each site, establishing rapport with clients and employees, and guiding them on how to do so.
  • Coach and develop field supervisors and team leaders, enhancing their leadership and management skills.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to supervisors, ensuring they are equipped to lead their teams effectively.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven track record in effectively managing and overseeing operations across multiple sites or locations.
  • Strong understanding of security industry practices, including risk assessment, incident response, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in effectively leading and motivating a diverse team of security professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment with clients and Extrity employees.
  • Experience in identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of workforce management tools and software, such as scheduling and tracking systems, to streamline operations and optimize resource allocation.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions for process optimization and continuous improvement.

Why Join Us:

Being a part of Extrity Services means you are contributing to a safe, hospitable, and thriving community. You will have opportunities for professional growth and development, all while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

Our Approach:

Emotional Intelligence: We recognize the power of empathy and understanding in our line of work. Our security professionals are not just experts in the field; they are adept at reading situations, tuning into emotions, and responding with sensitivity.

De-escalation Mastery: Diffusing tense situations is a skill we pride ourselves on. Instead of confrontation, our team is trained to de-escalate, finding peaceful resolutions that prioritize the well-being of all involved.

Culture as a Foundation: We understand that security is not a standalone department but an integral part of our overall company culture. Our approach blends seamlessly with your values, ensuring a secure and harmonious atmosphere that resonates with your unique identity.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion:

At Extrity Services, we embrace and champion equal opportunities and affirmative action in our workplace. We celebrate diversity and do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, protected veteran status, individual with a disability, or other legally protected characteristics.
