QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of a master’s degree with LPC or CSW and QMHP with a minimum of three years of clinical or administrative experience preferred. Demonstrated skill and competence in administration and knowledge and understanding of mental health and co-occurring services for adults. Must have a current driver’s license, car insurance, and a driving record acceptable to Southeastern’s insurance provider. Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check to include fingerprinting, drug screening, and Dept. of Social Services Central Registry check.
JOB SUMMARY: An exempt administrative position responsible for assisting with the overall planning, implementation, administration, and coordination of programing service delivery for Community Support Services. Provide supervision to staff, assigned caseload, and complete necessary documentation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must have the ability to assess consumers’ personal hygiene and appearance, living conditions and basic living skills, and symptomology such as auditory hallucinations, various delusions, paranoia, depression, manic behavior, suicidal status, emotional intensity, and social functioning. Must be able to administer basic First Aid and CPR. Must have the ability to drive a van or similar vehicles. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee regularly is required to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to 10 pounds. Specific vision ability required by this job includes close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
