SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00 pm with occasional Saturday mornings.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the efficient management of provider templating, scheduling, and patient empanelment. Ensures schedule utilization, through data collection, evaluation, and the reporting of information.

Provides training, support, and oversight of Clinic Administration Specialist duties, assuring alignment with standard operating procedures, and meeting defined timelines. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment, and champions continuous quality improvement.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates Degree in either clinical support or another related field or 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting in lieu of degree
  • 4 years of demonstrated experience in healthcare operations / schedule management
  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple activities and tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgment.
  • Able to set priorities, be organized and be a self-starter.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with data reporting platforms, manipulation, and visualization
  • Development of dashboards and data reports.
  • In-depth knowledge, and understanding, of the standard operations of a healthcare practice.
