We are currently looking to grow our Team with a Commercial Experienced Service Technician in our Wilmington location.

Job Summary: Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install HVAC and related equipment as assigned. Assume day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Benefits: 401K, Medical & Dental insurance, paid holidays and vacation, hands-on training, online & in-person training, company vehicle, uniform, annual tool allowance

Pay Range: $30.00 - $45.00/hour- Depending on Experience

Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday - 7:30 am - 5/5:30 pm. In addition to being on the on-call schedule rotation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Commercial HVAC Service
  • EPA Universal
  • Advanced Customer Service skills/communications skills
  • Time Management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience making repair and replacement decisions
  • Proven ability to manage/lead others
  • Valid Drivers license and insurable
  • Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
