I am seeking someone who is motivated and hungry to make $$. We have more leads than we can currently handle. The ideal candidate will not fear rejection and will gladly prospect for new business and build relationships that lead to referral sources.

Responsibilities

This opportunity is for someone who can work on their own. Leads are provided daily and are generated by our agency website, purchasing internet leads, network referrals, and approaching x-dates of prospects we quoted in the past., and win-backs.


  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building

Requirements
  • Prior Sales Experience.
  • Must possess an Arizona Personal Lines or a Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Be capable of handling customer rejection.
