Compensation Structure:

  • Base Monthly Salary: $2500, distributed in two installments on the 1st and 16th of each month

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Proactively build a pipeline of leads and implement innovative prospecting strategies to cultivate new business opportunities
  • Conduct sales calls to engage with automatically generated leads
  • Provide quotes, calculate policy premiums, and finalize new business policies
  • Offer tailored insurance recommendations based on client needs
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the various products offered by Farmers and the corresponding underwriting criteria
  • Maintain a record of daily prospecting and sales activities

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Continuously enhance and apply exemplary customer service practices
  • Assist clients with necessary policy modifications
  • Address billing inquiries as requested by clients
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to customer claims situations
  • Engage with clients in a fair and ethical manner.
