Welcome to the exciting world of real estate training As our Onboarding Launch Manager, you'll be the superstar guiding our agents to success. You'll ensure new team members hit the ground running and keep the momentum going with ongoing professional growth. You'll create dynamic onboarding programs, deliver continuous training and support, and nurture a culture of learning and excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding Program Development: Help create and refine the ultimate onboarding experience. Develop engaging training modules, comprehensive manuals, and awesome resources that make new hires feel right at home from day one.
  2. New Agent Training: Host interactive training sessions covering everything from company policies to sales techniques. You'll be the go-to coach, offering personalized support to help new agents shine.
  3. Ongoing Education and Development: Design and implement fun and informative training initiatives. Think workshops, seminars, webinars, guest speakers, and online courses that elevate sales skills, negotiation tactics, client relationship management, and more.
  4. Performance Monitoring and Feedback: Keep an eye on individual agent performance and identify opportunities for growth. Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and coaching to help each agent unlock their full potential.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure onboarding and development programs align with our business goals. Create a collaborative and supportive environment where agents feel valued and motivated to excel.
  6. Compliance and Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure all training materials and processes meet legal standards and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or sales management, with a solid grasp of the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence in others.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Proactive mindset with strategic thinking about talent development and team performance.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and other training tech is a plus.
