Our business model is to take away the barriers to lead generation, admin tasks, and marketing to let you do what you do best… sell real estate. We have other people on the team who handle the other side of the business

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Show homes to clients
  • Fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice
  • And so much more. We are always learning new things and sometimes Real Estate is a wild ride, having the ability to think fast will benefit you.


Qualifications

  • Grit and determination. You are ready to work
  • Self-reliance; you are able to work independently once trained yet still be part of the team
  • Thrives in a true team environment
  • Currently licensed real estate broker in NC and have completed post-licensing (or will soon complete). No experience is OK.
  • Tech-savvy (we have some of the best techs in the industry and while it can be a bit overwhelming - it's what sets us apart)
