  • Transform data into action by leading a cross-functional group of Data Analysts, Business Leaders, Product Managers, and Engineers on data visualization, quantitative analysis, and data modeling initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, understanding their requirements and directing the implementation of solutions, ranging from process improvements to dashboards.
  • Own the development and execution of your team's roadmap, including end-to-end project management.
  • Collaborate with people managers and other leaders in the data organization to maximize the impact of your team on business outcomes.
  • Contribute to and grow the culture of excellence by introducing processes and best practices to the team.
  • Deliver high-quality data-driven business analyses that address business issues with effective solutions, providing key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand revenue performance from different clients, tackle complex initiatives addressing key strategic questions, and drive assorted ad hoc projects.

How we work

  • Experience in real estate tech, consumer search, and/or two-sided marketplaces.
  • 5+ years in Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role using SQL (e.g., Snowflake) and/or Python/R.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience building dashboards.
  • Basic data engineering skills, such as building ETL jobs and implementing third-party analytics tools.
  • Experience with digital tools like Amplitude, Omniture, and Google Analytics.
  • Skills in data visualization, data engineering, data modeling, and statistical modeling.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience translating business problems into analytical frameworks and developing plans to deliver insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to understand and address business pain points and build solutions.
  • Superior presentation skills with a mature presence and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide data-driven clarity in ambiguous situations.
