Entry Level Business Managers will conduct the initial contact of a qualified lead, assess any problems or questions that may occur, and generate interest for sales. This position starts at the entry-level to develop key sales techniques, clientele management, event strategies, and enhancing our reputation across the region. 

Entry Level Business Manager Responsibilities:

  • Providing exemplary customer service to all customers
  • Keep a record of any communication between yourself and customers for quality assurance 
  • Contribute to a welcoming work environment through positive interactions between other team members and upper management
  • Using surrounding resources and leadership, act with a sense of urgency to resolve any customer issues 
  • Contribute input during team meetings to help reach sales quotas and development goals
  • Follow all essential guidelines from both management and the client 
  • Collaborate with all departments to find solutions to any issues, both customer and client-facing (new ideas from all employees are always encouraged)

Entry Level Business Manager Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Client Relations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Results driven
  • Ability to multitask 
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
