As the Office Manager you will be a supportive force driving the customer experience team to provide first class service to our customers. The ideal professional for the role is a flexible problem solver with superb communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset. He/she should have prior experience thriving in an administrative capacity in an office call center environment, prefer residential service call center background or experience working with homeowners. Multitasking and the unique ability to handle the unexpected are essential qualities to bring to the position.

  • Assist the general manager in achieving revenue and profit goals through the management of the customer service and office teams.
  • Assisting in onboarding, processing payroll, and keeping information up to date within our HRIS (Paylocity)
  • Maintain facilities management, including vendor contracts and relations, and facilitation of all office functions and services.
  • Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positively cultured office and employee experience.
  • Manage and provide development to the customer service team to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3 plus years proven administrative experience, prefer experience managing customer service, dispatch and other office personnel.
  • High school diploma at a minimum; some college preferred.
  • Knowledge and ability to use various computer programs and applications, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and email systems; Mac (Apple) proficiency preferred.
  • Advanced customer focus and customer service skills
  • Exceptional training and coaching skills to motivate employees
  • Ability to remain calm and in control of a situation
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task a must.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
