Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Ads Manager to join our dynamic team in Twinsburg, Ohio. This role is critical in driving our online advertising strategy across multiple platforms including Google, Bing, and Meta. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful paid ad campaigns and will report directly to the President of DF Supply, Inc.

This is an in-office position, remote is not available at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads Manager to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Bing Keyword Research Tool, and Meta Audience Insights.
  • Create compelling ad copy and design that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions, utilizing Dynamic Search Ads (DSA), Responsive Search Ads (RSA), and Expanded Text Ads (ETA) on Google and Bing, as well as Carousel Ads, Video Ads, and Collection Ads on Meta.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, Bing Ads Editor, and Meta Business Suite, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
  • Optimize ad campaigns for performance improvements, including A/B testing of ad variations, adjusting Cost-Per-Click (CPC) bids, utilizing Automated Bidding Strategies, and refining Audience Targeting through Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and In-Market Segments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, including changes in Ad Rank, Quality Score, Ad Extensions, and Conversion Tracking to ensure our advertising efforts remain cutting-edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing and business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid ad campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta.
  • Proven success in developing and executing digital advertising strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with e-commerce and wholesale distribution is a plus.
