Position Overview: As a Customer Team Member at Eximius Associates, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience with our brand. The ideal candidate will be approachable, proactive, and dedicated to meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, provide expert advice, and guide them through our services and offerings.
  • Handle customer transactions efficiently, including processing payments and managing returns or exchanges.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting store environment, ensuring displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Support promotional activities and events, helping to drive customer engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Stay informed about our products, services, and promotions to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Contribute to achieving team sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service.
  • Basic proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or retail are a plus.
