Customer Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.

Pay: $20.50-$27.50 per hour - Depending on experience.

Hours: We offer a 40-hour work week, 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. May be some after-hours or weekend work.

Position Summary: Maintain the Service Technician's daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communication with department managers, employees, and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times. Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information. Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must pass drug and background check
  • Previous Phone Customer Service Experience
  • Previous experience dispatching and/or administrative customer service experience
  • HVAC dispatching/ industry experience is highly preferred but not required
  • Extremely organized and able to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
