What You’ll Do:
As a Program Manager, you’ll serve as the primary interface and point of contact with government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Directs the performance of a variety of related projects, which may be organized by technology, program or client
  • Hold responsibility for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate program/project managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Assign staff and provide technical direction as necessary to complete tasks
  • Monitor contract, subcontract, and funding; prepare forecasts of program financial performance
  • Responsible for meeting project schedule timelines and performance objectives; conducting requirements reviews and information analysis, as well as producing cost-benefit analysis
  • Coordinate the work efforts of multiple projects surrounding a common program objective to ensure timely problem resolution and total customer satisfaction
  • Ensures compliance with client specific project management lifecycle processes, including managing project governance, engineering technical reviews, and project artifacts

What You’ll Need:
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
  • 10 years of experience in project development from inception to deployment
  • Must have a minimum five (5) years of experience in Program and Project Management, Enterprise Planning / Systems Integration, organizational/transformation efforts, and standing up of new programs directly supporting of the US Government Agencies
  • Expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms
  • Demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity
  • Previous technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate program/project managers experience
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or the ability to obtain within one year
  • Hands-on experience supporting complex programs and supporting program management offices
  • Must be able to grasp inter-relationships between system management requirements and automated business solutions, considering the current system environment and the potential integration of added systems concurrently or later
  • Ability to read and interpret Government policy, regulations, and directives, and to apply those interpretations as directed by the Product Line Manager or designee to all PWS activities
  • Ability to provide executive level coaching to support personnel
