Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Lead/Foreman to join our team. The Landscape Crew Lead will oversee a small crew of landscape technicians and ensure that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for landscaping.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of landscape technicians to execute landscaping projects such as planting trees, shrubs, build retaining walls, install pavers, grading, skid steer, creating outdoor living space enhancements.
  • Assist in planning and organizing daily tasks, and crew training.
  • Inspect job sites regularly to assess progress, quality of work, and adherence to specifications.
  • Take pride in work, is detail oriented, does it right the first time.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license, required
  • 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or related role, preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
