Position Summary:
The Credit and Collections Specialist will answer inquiries on patient accounts both by telephone and in person, providing excellent customer service. Will meet with customers to pay patient bills and others who wish to make payments, by collecting deposits, deductibles, and co-pays.
Qualifications:
Prefer high school graduate or equivalent, prefer two years credit and collections experience or equivalent knowledge and experience, preferably in a hospital setting. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
