POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Marketing Funnel Optimization Manager at Removery, you will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing funnels and maximizing conversion across channels. You will develop and execute comprehensive strategies to nurture leads at every stage of their journey, whether it’s driving them towards booking consultations, starting treatments, or referring friends. You will also lead our website testing plan and conversion rate optimization efforts and partner with our engineering and contact center team to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints.  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Funnel Optimization:
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize marketing funnels and maximize conversion across channels, increasing the rate at which leads convert to bookings, driving higher revenue and improving overall marketing ROI.
    • Build and refine omni-channel, full-funnel systems that support the next action in the consumer journey.
  • Data-Driven Testing:
    • Lead data-driven testing strategies to drive continual improvement of our campaigns, website and client journey
    • Develop experiments aimed at improving online user experience and conversion rate using Optimizely.
  • Database Marketing Journeys:
    • Create and continually optimize database marketing journeys and messaging to drive high-quality bookings, ensuring clients are well-informed and motivated to progress through their tattoo removal journey.
    • Develop and execute email/SMS drip campaigns that support leads and clients at each phase of their lifecycle.
    • Manage list growth efforts and identify high-value customer segments for targeted messaging in SMS, Email, Direct Mail, outbound calls, etc.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with cross-functional teams to provide direction, feedback, and ensure efficient project completion.
    • Collaborate with PR, organic social media, and paid media teams to ensure full support of marketing channels.
    • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Inside Sales, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and product owners to support various business needs.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Establish analytics that measure the funnel and conversion at each stage by channel, continually identifying opportunities and developing strategies to improve.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Report on key metrics related to lead conversion, ROAS, and ROI.

    • Expertise in creating email/SMS automations within platforms such as Acoustic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc.
  • Marketing Funnel Knowledge:
    • Deep understanding of the marketing funnel, customer segmentation strategies, and online user experience best practices.
  • Data-Driven Approach:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Project Management:
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to provide direction, feedback, and complete projects efficiently.

  • Excellent project management skills, with experience working with multi-functional groups to accomplish projects efficiently
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
