Consonus Healthcare provides Rehabilitation and Pharmacy services to long-term care facilities (SNFs, ALFs, and CCRCs). Based in Portland, Oregon we operate as a subsidiary of Marquis Companies and have been in business since 1989.
The Sales Manager’s primary responsibility is to grow a pipeline of potential customers in the area assigned to support accomplishment of Consonus sales goals. They are responsible for working directly with the VP of Sales in the execution of our customer plans and, as appropriate, supporting the sales process.
Explanation of Territory:
- All Minnesota, Nebraska and Iowa
Job Responsibilities & Essential Tasks:
- Responsible for all sales within the specified region for both Rehab and Pharmacy.
- Responsible for building relationships with potential customers and pertinent industry contacts.
- Attending all industry related trade shows, association conferences, and related events as related to your territory
- Maintain pertinent records in CRM
- Leads the sales process with target customers
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills required
- Ability to communicate clinical information to non-clinical users
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Excellent problem-solving, sound judgement, and decision-making skills
- Must have strong computer skills
- Superb presentation and public speaking skills
- Possesses strong organization and communication skills
- Follows all safety precautions
- Convey a positive and professional image
- Displays sound judgment, excellent problem-solving skills, and decision-making skills.
- Processes work quickly and accurately while dealing with interruptions and changing priorities
- Multi-tasks to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrates superior attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to create content for professional trainings
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3 years or more of previous sales experience
- Reside in Omaha Nebraska Metro area and be willing to travel up to 75% of time for business purposes
- Rehab/Pharmacy sales experience preferred but not required
- Experience in skilled nursing preferred but not required
