Job Description

Agency Account Managers at Click Here Digital manage a multi-million dollar portfolio of large and complex legal, medical and dental accounts and build relationships that foster client retention. You will plan, execute and consult digital marketing strategies based on client goals and objectives while incorporating industry best practices across multiple channels.

MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN DIGITAL MARKETING, specifically Search Engine Marketing (PPC), Programmatic Display and Video, Connected TV (CTV/OTT), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Social Media Marketing. You will work directly with clients to review performance through in-office/virtual meetings and travel for client consultations as needed. This position is dedicated to focusing on client satisfaction. Candidates that excel at relationship building, analyzing data, and are self-motivated will thrive in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong and lasting relationships and provide exceptional support to our clients

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all digital strategy and execution matters

  • Daily client communication on advertising strategy and campaign performance (including in-person / travel as needed)

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize digital strategies

  • Translate data from campaign performance results into an actionable narrative for clients

  • Evaluate client’s needs and assist in ways to drive revenue growth while identifying new opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Programmatic, CTV and Creative, to ensure the success of campaign delivery, performance, and execution

  • Develop and present detailed proposals that encompass strategies, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns

  • Prepare regular reports for clients, outlining campaign performance and demonstrating the value delivered

  • Handle any issues or concerns that may arise, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client services, account management, sales, marketing, and/or advertising (traditional or digital)

  • Strong knowledge of the legal, medical and/or e-commerce industry and processes

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple client accounts

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Experience using industry platforms/tools (Google Analytics, CRM system, Google Adwords, etc)

  • Strong understanding of SEM/PPC, SEO, Online Display, and Social Media marketing

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time-management and organizational skills

  • Client-focused approach, delivering exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling digital marketing solutions

  • Agency or sales experience

  • Experience working with legal, medical, and/or dental clients
