Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the facility, including but not limited to:
    • Cleaning and sanitizing designated areas, such as restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
    • Conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
    • Assisting with minor repairs and coordinating with external vendors for major repairs as needed.
  • Support inventory management by organizing and maintaining supplies, tools, and equipment in designated storage areas.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs, such as setting up meeting rooms, moving furniture or equipment, and providing general assistance as required.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards by adhering to established protocols and participating in training programs as required.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and incidents, including fire alarms, power outages, or other safety hazards, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
  • Act as a liaison with external contractors, vendors, and service providers to coordinate facility-related activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices related to facilities management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.


The Ideal Candidate Should Have...
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational training or certification in facilities management or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in facilities maintenance, janitorial services, or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners.
  • Basic knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed to respond to facility-related emergencies or operational needs.
