We are Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Medina (and greater Cleveland) OH. Our parent company, QTL Holdings, based in Medina Ohio, owns and operates several One Hour & Ben Franklin Plumbing locations throughout Ohio.
We are locally owned and dedicated to home services, and we have a deep local history in HVAC and plumbing. We are organized, professional, and always growing.

Who Can Work For Us:
Mandatory - Pass drug, background, and MVR screenings. We promise our customers felony and drug free employees. You must also be a safe, insurable driver.
In addition to being technically proficient, you must have a positive, friendly attitude, and get along well with everyone. Some companies preach being a team and family, we live it daily.
You also have to be willing to spend time with the customer, and educate them on their systems, and our offerings, and be able to present options in a friendly, consultative way.
