New Job Opportunity - Sales Lead:

New and exciting job opportunity with our client based out of North Wales, PA. Looking to hire a sales professional with a minimum of 1+year of related work experience in sales. 

This is an Junior level position for people who want to move up in sales

  • Prefer someone with prior sales experience in home building, remodeling, construction or renovation markets

Logistics of the Role:

  • Full Time - Direct Hire 
  • Travel is involved. Need someone with reliable transportation. Candidate will need to canvas local residential areas to generate leads
  • Our client is looking to pay $52K base + commission. Top earners make $125K+

Day to Day Activities:

  • Meet customer needs by selling the desired product
  • Find & reach out to sales leads
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and qualification status.
  • Continuously optimize and improve lead qualification processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contact potential customers using information provided by the Brand Ambassadors and sales scheduler

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field is required 
  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service roles preferred
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results
