We're looking for a detail-oriented part-time Office Manager to oversee our headquarters located in Austin, TX.
Hours: 20-24 hours per week, flexible based on candidate's availability

What Will You Do?
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries to maintain efficient operations
- Research and present pricing quotes for office-related projects
- Maintain the good condition of our offices and arrange necessary repairs
- Provide general administrative assistance such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
Notes
- Previous experience in office management, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
- All work will take place at our offices based in Austin, TX.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Compensation: $20-22 per hour, based on experience
- All team members regardless of status or position are eligible for profit sharing/stock options
- Part-time team members working 16 hours a week or more will receive $250 per month if we hit our monthly team revenue and individual performance goals. All goals are designed to be challenging but doable, and we hit all our monthly goals in 2023 except one.
