Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionAnimal Emergency and Specialty Center of Knoxville is now hiring for part-time client service coordinators to join our team at the front desk

This position is part-time and qualified applicants must be available to work on weekends.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
  • Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
  • Answer phones, check-in & out patients, and obtain all necessary medical history
  • Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests
  • Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and exam rooms 
  • Process invoice payments and accurately input data into computer software
  • Work with all departments, helping to organize referral scheduling, direct questions, and relaying any further information or requests
This is not a complete list of job duties; some tasks may be assigned or reassigned as policies and procedures change
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma is preferred
  • Weekend availability is required 
  • Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
