Pay rate: $26.00/hr.
Shift: Tuesday - Friday 6:30am - 5:00pm (Overtime possible on Mondays)
Location: Boise, ID

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Perform, oversee, and manage all maintenance and operations for vehicle fleet 
  • Maintain and enforce safety, environment, and other regulations policies and procedures, certifications, or inspections 
  • Prioritize, schedule, and perform vehicle preventative and corrective maintenance
  • Submit requisitions for parts and repairs
  • Create, submit, and close work orders through the operating system on a weekly basis
  • Maintain compliance of all environmental, safety logs, and forms.
  • Ensure shop is secure and clean every night
  • Maintain regular inventory of key vehicles parts
  • Document services by completing and maintaining records

Requirements:

  • Familiar with common practices and tools used in the repair and maintenance of a wide variety of vehicles
  • Must maintain a valid Idaho State Drivers License
  • Be certified on Hoist systems
  • Willing to submit to random drug and alcohol testing to meet DOT requirements
  • Able to work various shifts and holidays when required
  • Certified auto mechanic or have past auto repair experience
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain positive working relationship
  • Able to follow safe work practices and adhere to policies and procedures
  • Ability to use PC for data entry, and to gather, organize, or share information - some Excel is needed
  • Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. as needed
