Job Title: Renewable Energy Program Coordinator (12-Month Contract)

As a vital member of the eMobility group, you'll play a crucial role in supporting various facets, including project planning, grant administration, and market analysis. Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting and providing advanced scouting for grant proposals, and conducting economic impact analysis for electric transportation projects.
Support the development of economic pro-forma analyses for electric transportation projects, measuring fuel savings or emissions reductions through analysis of utility bills and relevant data.
Conduct advance scouting to determine federal and state level grant opportunities for the organization.
Draft project funding agreements and coordinate with Legal, Procurement departments, and customers for execution.
Assist engineers in preparing and scoring requests for proposals, tracking votes/scores, organizing bidder interviews, and managing subsequent data collected for the scoring process.
Support the management of the eMobility Program by providing budget projections, tracking/spending reports, and customer service.
Update departmental databases to track projects and initiatives, perform web research, and analyze project budgets using Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Primavera.
Provide project accounting assistance by processing invoices, generating purchase requisitions, and maintaining project audit files and records.
Coordinate special events for the eMobility group, including customer meetings and outreach events.
Support marketing and business development functions by analyzing warranty data on high-speed electric vehicle chargers.
Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
Understanding of grants and the grant proposal process for energy or environmental projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access).
Knowledge of Primavera and SAP preferred.
Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business (economics, finance, marketing, etc.), sustainability (energy policy, environmental studies, transportation planning), or technical field (engineering or science) required. Recent graduates with relevant intern experience are encouraged to apply.
