Compensation:

$100,000. + at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the team to achieve set goals and targets, providing motivation and communicating quotas effectively.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with necessary licensing requirements.
  • Engage in consultations with potential clients to evaluate financial data, identify financing needs, and offer advice on relevant products and services.
  • Explain loan terms, educate clients on their commitments, and recommend suitable options.
  • Utilize Encompass software proficiently for managing loan applications, ensuring compliance, and minimizing risks.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of lending programs, policies, and regulatory guidelines to deliver top-notch customer service.
  • Customize company services to meet individual client needs and promote as per requirements.
  • Stay updated on market trends and rates to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Perform any additional duties as necessary to meet business needs.
Qualifications:

  • To qualify for the Senior Mortgage Loan Officer Manager position in Troy, MI, you must possess an NMLS license.
  • A high school diploma is a mandatory requirement for this role.
  • Preferred qualifications include holding a BS degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Essential skills consist of excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, are a must.
  • The role demands accountability, adaptability, and a motivated mindset.
