What Youll Be Doing
Manage client pipeline from loan packaging to loan closed/funded
Provide guidance on loan program requirements including process, timing, and documentation
Ensure all loan documentation required for lender credit approval is completed accurately
Prepare and present loan request package to our network of lenders
Update any third parties involved in process (franchisors and franchise consultants)
Understand current lender policies and procedures, as well as current SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Establish lender relationships to effectively communicate client needs and negotiate upon clients behalf

Knowledge & Skills
At least 1-2 years experience in loan processing, insurance, legal, or business operations
Strong computer/technical skills- Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office
Strong communication/interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong professional and business writing
Ability to analyze personal financial statements, credit bureau reports, business plans, interim statements, cash flow projections, tax returns, and bank statements
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Communications is a plus
