Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant is a pivotal role designed for a hyper-organized, detail-oriented, get-it-done person who loves working with and supporting senior executive leaders. The EA is a conscientious individual capable of juggling various tasks with ease and precision. You'll manage emails, oversee invoice processes, schedule social media content, liaise with contractors, and assist with creative projects, including research and writing. Familiarity with ChatGPT is a plus; however, we provide training for the right candidate. This role requires flexibility, readiness to tackle new challenges, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize email correspondence.
  • Oversee invoice management and ensure timely payments.
  • Schedule and plan content across social media platforms.
  • Manage relationships and tasks with contractors.
  • Assist with creative projects, including research and content writing and podcast planning.
  • Utilize ChatGPT for various tasks (training provided if necessary).
  • Adapt to a broad range of tasks and projects as directed by the Co-Founder.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles or a strong demonstration of organizational and conscientious work habits.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable making phone calls, being assertive, and taking initiative in various situations.
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and basic creative work is a plus.
  • Openness to learning new tools and technologies.
  • Located near the Florida area for potential in-person training is a plus.
