Overview

HOPE Community Services, Inc. is a leading outpatient treatment provider in south Oklahoma City.  We provide compassionate trauma informed care to individuals whose lives have been impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. We do this by providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment, aimed at improving the quality of life for those we serve.


We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Director of L&D to shape and execute our organization's training and development strategies. You will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills of our clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring that all employees are equipped to contribute to our organizational goals. 


About the Position

As a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the growth and success of our organization by developing and delivering impactful training programs. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to our clinical and non-clinical staff, helping them to achieve their full potential and enhance their skills. Not only will you contribute to the professional development of our team, but you'll also gain valuable experience in instructional design, leadership, and strategic planning. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or clinical field.  

Minimum of 2 years experience in a training or learning development role. 

Experience in a mental related field is preferred but not required. 

Will be required to obtain and maintain Therapeutic Options, First Aid, and CPR certifications. 


Skills 

Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs.  

Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies. 

Working knowledge of L&D best practices, tools, methodologies and more 

Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the L&D function
