As an Account Manager for Kersh Parker State Farm you are a vital piece to our daily business operations and customers success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customer needs, and market appropriate products and services/
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Enthusiastic about the role of insurance and financial products that play a role in helping people manage risks of everyday life and provide a safety net to recover from the unexpected
  • Experience managing client relationships is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty Licensing
  • Able to obtain Life and Health Licensing
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goas/quotas preferred
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to make presentations of products to potential customers
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Experience in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer
