Position Overview:
Kersha Parker State Farm is seeking an organized and efficient specialist to fulfill administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers. As a member of our team, you will build and develop customer-based relationships within our community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements:
  • Enthusiastic about the role that insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life and help provide a safety net to recover from the unexpected.
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
  • Able to obtain a Life and Health License
  • Able to achieve office and personal goals that are mutually set
  • Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • People-oriented
