This is a full-time, on-site position with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

  • Has at least one year of experience in a customer-facing, customer service role. Your background in managing appointment scheduling in a medical office will help you coordinate with both professionals and clients seamlessly.
  • Excels in communication: Your excellent oral, listening, and communication skills, coupled with strong self-awareness, will enable you to navigate diverse client needs.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate therapists' schedules: Ensure the beginning of each week is well-organized based on client needs and therapist productivity requirements.
  • Send welcome email packets: Welcome new client families with comprehensive information and support.
  • Review client accounts: Maintain accuracy in client accounts and document all client communication.
  • Manage communication: Handle a daily volume of phone calls and emails with professionalism.
  • Participate in team meetings: Attend weekly huddle meetings to stay aligned with team goals.
  • Address service inquiries: Ensure all service inquiries are promptly answered and followed up as needed.
